Ask The Experts

We offer both residential and commercial garden maintenance programs to care for your landscape as well as seasonal container and garden plantings too.

We recommend yearly maintenance plans for optimum care of your gardens, however garden care services may be purchased as needed throughout the year. The ideal timeline is to have us service your gardens at least once a month and for complete care, twice a month. Services can be estimated in advance and are purchased on an hourly basis, plus materials & debris disposal.

Available Services Include:

  • Annual Garden Planting
  • Shrub Trimming
  • Minor Tree Pruning
  • Weeding and Deadheading
  • Annual and Perennial Planting
  • Dividing and Transplanting
  • Fertilizing Plants
  • Garden Rescue “Turning Jungles into Sanctuaries”
  • Spring Garden Clean Up – service may include weeding, trimming and debris disposal
  • Fall Garden Clean Up – service may include cutting back perennials, leaf cleanup in garden areas, weeding, trimming, and debris disposal

Our residential and commercial clients enjoy our lush and vibrant flowering annual displays in pots, containers and annual planting beds. These plantings can be transitioned to fall and winter arrangements as well.

Contact Allie Doose, our Garden Care Leader and Estimator to schedule a time to meet at your home or business to discuss your needs.

Trimming and Pruning

pruning-bushWe are pruning pros!  As part of your service, we can prune out dead or diseased branches, thin out older growth to encourage new growth, and shear off an adequate amount of foliage to create the desired shape. We understand plants have different needs and prefer to follow the natural growth pattern of most plants rather than prune everything into perfect globes.

Trimming is completed in accordance to the month and plants needs. In the spring we cut back shrubs that will quickly rejuvenate for the summer and prune spring flowering shrubs like lilacs after blooming to allow for next years buds to grow. In mid summer the spireas are trimmed after the blossoms are spent and evergreens are pruned mid summer. As you can see there are many factors involving the correct timing of trimming.

Weeding

weeding-stock-photoOur crews prefer to maintain your gardens on a bi-monthly basis to consistently stay ahead of the weeds. As the summer progresses it will take less time to maintain your gardens because of the proper care they’ve received early on.

We are also willing to tackle a garden with more extreme weeds. If you just need a few hours or a whole day to get your garden back on track, our garden care service is a good fit. Sometimes a person just needs a little help to catch up. Be assured that your garden will be transformed by the time we’re done with it.
