How Do I Order?
Phone orders are accepted for the delivery of products or the reservation of products. Payment in full via credit card must be provided when you place the order. Our receptionist will provide information on pricing and possible delivery timelines.
Bulk Mulch, Rock or Soil — Call or Email
Know how much you need? Ask our advice or use our Mulch calculator to determine the quantity. Knowing the length and width of your space is important! Our trucks haul various amounts, depending upon the products weight. We’ll help you determine how many delivery trucks you’ll need. Also provide your location, the dump site and time preference. We can often deliver the same day, but it is not guaranteed. We may not be able to accommodate a specific time request unless it’s a 4 hour window. You do not have to be home for the delivery, as long as you’ve clearly indicated where to dump the product. (Delivery services for bulk landscape products available Mon-Fri. only.) Memorial Gifts — Call or Email
If you’d like to honor the life of a loved one or friend, Sargent’s has a wide variety of options to consider. Stop in to select one or have us pick it out and delivery to the memorial or funeral service for you. Place a call to discuss what you’d like to purchase. We can talk you through a few options, such as a lush flower basket in full bloom or timeless gifts like stone statuary, a tree or flowering shrub. Gift cards also make a great option that the family can use to purchase a gift of remembrance of their choice.
Gift Cards — Order Online
We will mail the card to you or straight to the recipient. Allow appropriate time for the arrival via the postal service. If you’re cutting it close, place the order and include instructions to leave the card at Sargent’s for the recipient to pick up. Please communicate with them and tell them we’ll have a gift card waiting for them.
Plants — Email or Phone
It’s best to shop for plants in person, but if you’d like to order plants in advance, please provide us with your list of needs and we will gather and reserve them. Plant orders are based on current availabilities. We can certainly special order anything if we are out of stock at the time of your order. A hold policy applies. Full payment upon ordering is required. We will hold your order for 10 days. This is a great way to make sure your shopping experience is quick, once you’re ready to pick them up. Hold Policy: Items may be held for a $10.00 non-refundable care fee for 10 days from the date of purchase. All items must be paid in full. If not picked up within 10 days, the customer has the option of extending the hold period for 10 more days for an additional $10.00 care fee.
