How do I become a member?
There are two ways to become a Garden Rewards Loyalty Member:
1. Make a purchase in-store and let your Customer Service Associate know that you would like to join the Garden Rewards Loyalty Program.
2. You can join without making a purchase using our sign-up form above.
How do I earn Loyalty Points?
For every $1.00 spent, Garden Rewards Loyalty Members will earn rewards points. (Excludes Sargent’s Gift Cards, Garden Maintenance labor, Landscape Design or Installation, as well as any labor or delivery charges.)
When can I earn Loyalty Points?
Registered Garden Rewards Loyalty Members earn Reward Points from purchases all year long.
Do I need a Garden Rewards Loyalty Membership Card?
Nope! No key tags, no membership cards, and no more punch cards to keep track of! When you sign up, your phone number becomes your Rewards Program identification number.
When can I redeem my earned Loyalty Points?
Garden Rewards Loyalty Points can be redeemed year-round with no expiration of earned points.
Points may be redeemed for future cash & carry purchases and are not valid on Gift Cards, Garden Maintenance Labor, Landscape Design or Installation, or labor of delivery charges.
How will I know my Loyalty Points balance?
Your Customer Service Associate can inform you of your current Loyalty Point balance when you go through checkout. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org to ask what your current loyalty balance is.
Can my family member, partner, or spouse earn or redeem my Loyalty Points?
Absolutely! In fact, we recommend couples create just one account so that your points accumulate faster! It will also be easier to manage your receipts and warranty and information with just one account! Be sure to use the same phone number each time you check out so that the rewards points make it to the correct account!
I just signed up, but didn’t know you had a Loyalty Program before, can I get credit for a previous purchase ?
You can get credit for old stamp cards, full or partial, and for purchases made after 3/15/21, if you have a receipt. Points will be applied to your account in 7-10 business days after your request. Your Customer Service Associate can help you navigate these situations!
Do I need to save my receipts for plant warranties?
If you apply your account information to the sale at check out using your phone number, your receipt and warranty will be stored in our system. This allows us to look up all your past purchases.
