What to Expect

1. Call or email to set up an appointment. One of our designers will meet with you at your home to discuss your needs, take measurements, and snap a series of photos.

2. Next, the designer will take time to create a customized design and estimate. This estimate will include details on plant and material choices, pricing, and installation costs.

3. After the completion of this drawing you'll be invited to Sargen'ts for a design presentation. Proper samples of products and plants are on site for your viewing. You will also pay your design fee at this point. If you decide to have Sargent's install this design the plan fee will later be credited to your account!
 

Design and Consultation Fees:

A design fee applies, but varies according to your project and can be applied toward installation costs. Standard pricing is summarized below.

Brief, on location sketches/consultations - $75.00

Average lot residential design plan. - $150.00 (most popular)

Large lot residential design plan. - $200.00 average. Price to be determined by designer after reviewing the property and needs.

Commercial landscape design plan. - $50.00/hr.

All other estimating costs are to be determined by the designer, starting at $25.00. Time and distance to your property are considered.

  

Our plans are drawn by hand or drafted on the computer, depending upon the designer's preference.

You may request to have a virtual design completed also. This shows what a developed landscape will look like in a three-dimensional view. This can be done after a design is created for your property. $75.00 - $150.00 per image.
